USU Ballroom Dance
When a dance is choreographed well with a great music choice to back it up, it sends chills down my spine. I had the opportunity to observe the USU Ballroom Dance team and they performed very well. I do like dance and have a great respect for those who are able to dance so easily. There is no question that USU Ballroom dance is a great organization and I want it to succeed. The students who performed are much better dancers than I will ever be. I am also glad the students who participate in it have such dedication to their dance and organization.

ReplyDeleteAs for being better dancers than you will ever be... well, only 4 of the men on last years team had ever danced before and only half of the women had ever done ballroom dance, so I don't think it's quite so far out of your reach as you may think! :) You may be interested in joining one of the several social dance classes here on USU campus or -- if you could make a serious commitment to dance -- come and tryout for next years team!
If this is something you might be interested in, tryouts will be held the second week of fall semester. Check our website (usu.edu/ballroom) later this summer for dates and locations.
